Payment methods
NETEXCEL accepts payments only with the RF payment code shown on your invoice. Your RF code is unique to you as a customer, so your payment is matched automatically and securely.
Beware of fraud
We will never ask you to pay any other way. If you receive an e-mail, message or phone call asking you, for example, to:
- deposit or transfer money to a bank account (IBAN),
- use a different bank account or payment code,
- pay by card through a link,
- pay in cash or by any other method,
do not pay, and contact us first, even if the message appears to come from us.
All our e-mails are sent only from addresses ending in @netexcel.gr. Messages from any other domain, even one that looks similar to ours, do not come from us.
How to pay
- Find the payment code on your invoice. It starts with the letters RF followed by numbers.
- In your bank's e-banking, or at a bank branch, choose payment with an RF code.
- Enter the RF code and the amount exactly as they appear on the invoice.
- Keep the payment receipt.
If you cannot find the RF code on your invoice, or your bank does not accept it, contact us before making any payment.
