Privacy policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
This page explains which personal data we process when you visit www.netexcel.gr or contact us, why we do it, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Greek Law 4624/2019.
Who we are
The data controller is netexcel:
What data we process
When you visit the website. The website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools, and it has no forms. Like any website, the server that hosts it automatically records technical details of each request: the IP address, the date and time, the page requested and the browser type. These details are used only to keep the website secure and working properly. Your IP address is shown at the bottom of every page, so you can give it to us if you need remote support. It is shown only to you and is not stored.
Information saved on your device. The website saves a small amount of information in your browser's local storage, such as the language you chose, so it is remembered on your next visit. This information stays on your device, is never sent to us or to anyone else, and is not a cookie. You can delete it at any time by clearing this website's data in your browser.
When you contact us. If you call or e-mail us, we process the details you give us, such as your name, contact details and the content of your message, to reply to you and, if we work together, to provide our services.
Third-party services
- Fonts. The website's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. To display them, your browser connects to Google's servers, and Google receives your IP address. See Google's privacy policy for details.
- Maps. The link on our address opens Google Maps in a new tab only if you click it. From then on, Google's privacy policy applies.
- Copy buttons. The "Copy" buttons work entirely on your device and do not send anything to us or to anyone else.
Legal basis
- Server log files are based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and working (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Processing your contact details is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or on performing a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and on our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep data
Server log files are kept for a limited period set by the hosting provider. We keep our correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request or our work together, and for as long as the law requires, for example under tax legislation.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Access is limited to the providers who support us technically, such as website and e-mail hosting, acting as processors on our behalf, and to public authorities where the law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data and to request its correction, deletion, restriction of processing and portability, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above and we will reply within one month.
If you believe the processing breaks the law, you can file a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
Security
The website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to data is limited to the people who need it for their work.
Changes to this policy
If the way we process data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
